Data Analyst (Marketing)
MarketingWe’re looking for an Analyst to join the Marketing team at Aviasales to help us continue creating high-quality content and effectively engage with our audience. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the marketing function, including Paid channels and PSJR (our in-house online media).

What you'll be doing:
- analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using various methods, including A/B testing, geo experiments, Causal Impact, diff-in-diff, etc.;
- collect data from multiple sources, build aggregates, and ensure data quality;
- provide marketing teams with clear and insightful reporting: build dashboards, set up alerts, etc.;
- develop product analytics for our travel media “PSJR”: analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and formulate hypotheses.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing, product, or data analyst;
- strong proficiency in SQL and Python;
- ability to visualize data clearly and work with BI tools;
- experience working with advertising platform APIs is a plus;
- experience conducting A/B tests, including complex experiments;
- experience with Causal Inference methods is a plus;
- independence and proactivity: readiness not only to execute tasks but also to formulate hypotheses, suggestions, and research directions;
- experience collaborating with various stakeholders: ability to communicate analytical insights clearly and help stakeholders define requests and expectations;
